How quickly do you reply?
During clinic hours — Monday to Saturday, 8:00–18:00 — our patient care team replies on WhatsApp, usually the same day. Messages sent outside these hours are answered on the next clinic day.
Do I need an appointment?
For a doctor consultation, book online or message us. For a quick question or a blood test, write to us first so we can prepare — walk-ins are welcome during opening hours.
What does the first step cost?
The TRT starter blood test is 3,490 THB — the same price at the clinic or at any partner lab. Treatment programmes are quoted before anything is charged; see TRT cost in Thailand.
