Do I need an appointment?
We recommend one. The clinic is open Monday to Saturday from 8:00 to 18:00, but the doctor is not in consultation at every hour. Book a time on WhatsApp; without one, we see you when the doctor is free or give you the next available time.
How do I pay, and are blood tests included?
The 1,000 THB consultation fee is paid at the front desk, in cash or by card. Blood tests are not included in the consultation fee. If recommended, the costs will be explained before you decide.
Can my partner come too?
Yes. Each of you has a separate consultation at 1,000 THB. One WhatsApp message with both first names is enough to arrange back-to-back times.
How do I get to the clinic from Jomtien, Walking Street or Central Festival?
The clinic is on Pratumnak Hill, Soi 4, the hill between Jomtien and Central Pattaya. Outside rush hour, a taxi or motorbike takes about 7 minutes from Jomtien Beach, about 8 from Walking Street and 9 to 14 from Central Festival. Open the route in Google Maps.
