Educational information. CJC-1295 is not offered as a product for healthy adults or normal aging. Any therapy is individualized, physician-supervised and reserved for appropriate medical indications. Always consult a doctor.
CJC-1295 is a long-acting analog of growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). It binds the pituitary GHRH receptor to prompt your own growth hormone — engineered to last far longer than natural GHRH, so in human pharmacology studies a single dose raised GH and IGF-1 for days. It is not an approved medicine, so we run it only as a physician-supervised, prescription-only research-peptide program: physician-supervised and evidence-based. Ask our medical team via WhatsApp in around two minutes.

CJC-1295 is a long-acting analog of growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). It binds the pituitary GHRH receptor to prompt your own growth hormone — but is engineered to last far longer than natural GHRH, so a single dose can raise GH and IGF-1 for days.
Mechanism 1
Long-acting GHRH analog
In two randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind ascending-dose trials in healthy adults, CJC-1295 stimulated GH and IGF-1 secretion in a sustained way (Teichman et al., J Clin Endocrinol Metab, 2006 · PMID 16352683).
Mechanism 2
Sustained GH & IGF-1
Single injections produced roughly 2–10-fold increases in plasma GH sustained for 6+ days and 1.5–3-fold IGF-1 elevations lasting 9–11 days — the basis of its long-acting profile (Teichman et al., 2006 · PMID 16352683).
Mechanism 3
Physiologic GH axis
As a GHRH analog it works through your own pituitary rather than adding GH directly; in a GHRH-knockout mouse, once-daily CJC-1295 normalized growth — confirming a GHRH-receptor mechanism (Alba et al., Endocrinology, 2006 · PMID 16822960).
CJC-1295 is not an approved medicine and its clinical-outcome evidence is limited to early pharmacology. We provide it only as an eligibility-reviewed, physician-supervised research-peptide program — and say so plainly.
Every mechanism above is backed by peer-reviewed research — and every claim on this page links to its primary source.
What CJC-1295 Supports
CJC-1295 raises your own GH and IGF-1 in a sustained way — and is often discussed alongside Ipamorelin, which acts on a complementary part of the same axis.
Pathway
GHRH receptor
Prompts endogenous, longer-lasting GH release via the pituitary GHRH receptor — not added growth hormone.
Profile
Long-acting
Its engineered half-life is why a single dose raised GH/IGF-1 for days in the human PK studies.
Access
Physician-supervised, on prescription
Eligibility review first; no self-administration and no published fixed dose — and honest about its research status.
Every CJC-1295 program at our Pattaya Peptide Department is physician-supervised and framed by what the research does — and does not — show.
Regulatory status & safety
Approval status
Is CJC-1295 an approved medicine?
CJC-1295 is a GHRH analogue studied in research settings and is not an approved medicine for any human indication. Any clinical use is off-label, individualized and physician-supervised — and, importantly, the “with DAC” and “without DAC” versions behave very differently (see below).
A key caution
Who should be careful
Because it drives your own growth-hormone output, CJC-1295 shares the GH/IGF-1 cautions — possible effects on blood sugar and fluid retention — and the long-acting DAC form keeps GH elevated for days rather than in natural pulses, which changes how it must be monitored.
Generally not appropriate in: active cancer, pregnancy, uncontrolled metabolic disease.
What a clinician monitors
Sensible checks before & during use
Honest about side effects
Possible side effects
This is why CJC-1295 belongs in a physician-led conversation, not an off-the-shelf purchase — honest risk disclosure and the right monitoring are part of using it responsibly.

The one thing to get right
“CJC-1295” is sold in two forms that are not interchangeable. The difference is a small chemical add-on called DAC (Drug Affinity Complex), and it changes almost everything about how the compound behaves. This is the single most common point of confusion — and the clearest reason to involve a doctor rather than copy a forum.
Long-acting
With DAC
The DAC add-on binds to albumin in the blood, stretching the half-life to roughly several days. That means fewer injections, but it keeps growth hormone continuously elevated rather than in the body’s natural pulses — a different physiologic pattern that needs its own IGF-1 monitoring.
Short-acting (Mod GRF 1-29)
Without DAC
The “no-DAC” form — often called Modified GRF 1-29 — has a half-life of about 30 minutes. It preserves the natural, pulsatile release of growth hormone, but requires more frequent, carefully timed dosing and is usually studied paired with a GHRP such as Ipamorelin.
Why discuss it with a doctor: the two forms suit different goals, carry different monitoring needs (sustained vs. pulsatile GH/IGF-1), and neither is an approved therapy. Getting the form, timing and suitability right is a medical decision — exactly the kind of thing our Pattaya Peptide Department is there to help with.
Compare the options
How CJC-1295 sits next to the other growth-hormone and secretagogue options — so you can see, honestly, what differs. None of this is a dosing recommendation.
| Peptide | Class | Pattern / half-life | Studied for | Approval |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| HGH (somatropin) | Recombinant growth hormone | Direct GH; steady levels | Diagnosed GH deficiency | Rx medicine (specific indications) |
| Tesamorelin | GHRH analogue | Stimulates own GH; pulsatile | Visceral fat (HIV-lipodystrophy) | FDA-approved (one indication) |
| CJC-1295 (no DAC / with DAC) | GHRH analogue | ~30 min pulsatile / days sustained | Own-GH support (research) | Not approved |
| Ipamorelin | GHRP (secretagogue) | Short, pulsatile GH release | Own-GH support (research) | Not approved |
| HGH Fragment 176-191 | GH fragment | Targets fat metabolism | Lipolysis (research) | Not approved |
Which (if any) is appropriate depends on your goal, your history and your labs — that’s the conversation to have with a doctor, not a decision to make from a table.
Quality & sourcing
This is one of the most overlooked parts of peptide safety. Much of what is sold online as “research” peptide is unregulated, and quality varies enormously. When something is going into a body, the source is not a detail — it is the whole point.
Identity & purity
Is it actually the peptide claimed, at the stated concentration — or under-dosed, mislabeled, or something else entirely?
Sterility
Was it produced and handled under conditions that are actually safe for injection?
Endotoxin contamination
Bacterial byproducts that can trigger fever and inflammatory reactions.
Heavy metals & impurities
Contaminants that have no place in anything you put into your body.
Storage & handling
Many peptides are fragile and temperature-sensitive; poor storage or shipping can degrade a product long before it is used.
Our position
If anything is ever appropriate for you, it is handled to medical standards from a quality-controlled source — and that decision is made with a doctor, not a checkout.
The safest way to answer “where should this come from?” is to bring the question to a clinician. We’re happy to talk it through — honestly, with no pressure.
How it works at our clinic
This is an educational page, not a checkout. We don’t sell CJC-1295 off the shelf. If it is clinically appropriate for you, any use is individualized and physician-supervised — here’s the path.
1
Understand the science
We explain what CJC-1295 does — and what the human evidence does and does not support — in plain language, with every claim linked to its source.
2
Consultation & assessment
A medical review of your goals and history — and, where relevant, testing. A doctor decides suitability, and will say so honestly if a better-evidenced option fits.
3
Supervised, if appropriate
Only if suitable: a protocol set individually and monitored. Prescription-only, no published one-size dosing, first administration guided at our Pattaya clinic.
There is no public price and no “order” button, by design: CJC-1295 is a medical matter, handled through consultation at a real, licensed Pattaya clinic.

The research behind CJC-1295
CJC-1295 has early human pharmacology data — randomized, placebo-controlled ascending-dose trials showing sustained GH and IGF-1 — plus preclinical mechanism work. We’re candid that clinical-outcome trials are limited.

Frequently Asked
CJC-1295 is a long-acting analog of growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). It prompts your own pituitary to release GH; in human pharmacology studies a single dose raised GH and IGF-1 for several days.
No. It has early human pharmacology data but lacks long-term clinical-outcome trials and is not FDA-approved. We provide it only as an eligibility-reviewed, physician-supervised research-peptide, and we say so plainly.
Tesamorelin is a GHRH analog with approval in a specific setting. CJC-1295 is also a GHRH analog but longer-acting and not approved. Ipamorelin works on a different (ghrelin) receptor — which is why the two are often paired.
Prescription-only subcutaneous injection, individualized after a physician review. We don’t publish fixed dosing; your first injection is demonstrated at our Pattaya clinic. Always consult a doctor.
The two act on complementary parts of the GH axis and are often discussed together. Any combination is a physician decision after review — never self-combine.

CJC-1295 is a synthetic analogue of growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). It is designed to signal the pituitary gland to release the body's own growth hormone in natural pulses, which is a different mechanism from injecting growth hormone directly. Two versions are discussed in the literature: one with a DAC (drug affinity complex) that extends its activity, and one without. This distinction matters when people compare protocols, because the two behave quite differently over time.
It is important to be clear about category. CJC-1295 is a research peptide, not an approved consumer supplement and not something to self-experiment with. In a clinical setting it is only considered after an eligibility review, and it sits firmly outside the world of over-the-counter products.
For people in Pattaya, the recurring theme is trust in what is actually in the vial. Research peptides are a well-known target for adulteration and mislabelling in the grey market, where purity is rarely documented. Material whose identity has been confirmed by methods such as HPLC and mass spectrometry, and which is kept in a 2–8 °C cold chain, is a categorically different proposition from an unverified vial bought online. Reconstituted peptide is also fragile and must be stored correctly, which is easier to get right locally than through international shipping.
Our Pattaya clinic on Pratumnak Hill exists so these questions — verification, storage, eligibility, and how a protocol is reviewed — can be answered in person or over WhatsApp before anyone commits. Nothing here is medical advice, and no protocol begins without an appropriate eligibility check. The goal is simply an honest, local starting point for understanding CJC-1295.
